SinopseMrs. Dalloway in Bond Street is a story by Virginia Woolf. Created from two short stories, "Mrs Dalloway in Bond Street" and the unfinished "The Prime Minister", the novel's story is of Clarissa's preparations for a party of which she is to be hostess. With the interior perspective of the novel, the story travels forwards and back in time, and in and out of the characters' minds, to construct a complete image of Clarissa's life and of the inter-war social structure. The story is written in a very original way and The writer often makes a mockery of all the clichés and social conventions that tend to debase the human soul and generally deprive it of freedom of expression. In a highly conventional and conventional world, in fact, it is always very difficult to express oneself for what one really is.
